A few weeks ago, fashion designer and television collaborator Vicky Martín Berrocal debuted as a presenter on the Podium Podcast Alone with… podcast, a space in which the businesswoman interviews some celebrities and tries to get them to open the channel and They show their most intimate side.
To close the first season of the program, the TardeAR collaborator wanted to receive a very special guest: her mother. “It could only be her and it is precisely her with whom I have been alone the most times, but never like in this conversation. My mother’s story opens this hour of talk full of truth, generosity, tears and revelations even for me. It was not easy to make the podcast with Alba, my daughter, but I won’t tell you what it was like to ask my mother questions,” Berrocal wrote on his Instagram account.
In the conversation, Victoria Martín Serrano opened up and began to talk about her relationship with José Luis Martín Berrocal, with whom everything was very ”easy” in the beginning. After a happy time, the woman discovered that she had a double life, something that destroyed her.
”My life began to be a suffering when the wife of an architect your father worked with told me: ‘do you know that José Luis has a daughter?’ You can’t imagine what happened to me. I did not expect. “I didn’t know anything,” explained the designer’s mother.
After the businessman admitted firsthand that he had a daughter with another woman, the Huelva woman decided to end her relationship with him. However, after five months without speaking, they decided to give themselves a second chance: ”I told her to get married, to make her life, that I would try to make a life. But we came back, and we were together until she died.”
At one point in the interview, Martín Serrano explained how she became pregnant: “I had no thought of getting pregnant (with her). She came because your father cheated on me.” For her part, Bertín Osborne’s friend contextualized that at that time there were no pills and that other methods had to be used to avoid the possibility of having children.
The businesswoman’s mother was completely honest on the program and explained that she kept the pregnancy a secret for fear of what people would say and that she was so afraid of popular opinion that she did not find the courage or the time to tell her own parents.
Finally, once she gave birth, the woman felt the support of her family and began a new stage full of ups and downs. Victoria Martín Serrano acknowledged that she felt hundreds of judgmental glances about her situation, since she accepted that her lover had another family. ”The only flaw I have found in her life is how much of a womanizer she was,” the lady explained.
