The separation of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has been one of the most momentous in the world of heart on the entire planet. Since the couple nicknamed Brangelina, one of the most popular in the history of Hollywood, announced the end of their relationship in 2016, the situation has not been pleasant between them, encountering more than one clash until reaching the day of today. However, on this occasion, it is the children who have entered the scene.

The second member of the family, Pax, 19, published a forceful and critical message against his father in 2020 on Father’s Day. He did it through a private Instagram profile, where he claimed that the actor was a “world-class idiot”, “terrible and despicable” and that his other siblings “tremble with fear when he is present.” Now, Pitt would have responded through statements from his team closest to him, collected by Daily Mail.

“The Instagram publication is sad and frustrating because it does not improve things, even when what is said is bad for him, Brad only respects the voices of children,” highlighted the British newspaper, reiterating that the interpreter “will never speak negatively about none of them”, remembering that he has never spoken about them in public. Sources explain this complicated family situation as a “perfect example of parental alienation.”

Daily Mail digs even deeper into the situation with an accusation directly aimed at his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie. “Brad’s team believes she has been playing these games for years, but they don’t want to get involved in a battle with her. “Years and years have passed in which she has told and retold the same poisonous things about him and the reality is that she has alienated the children, and the reality is that it bothers Brad,” they detail.

Likewise, the newspaper insists that Brad “goes out of his way” for his six children. Three of them are Maddox (22), Pax (19) and Zahara (18), who are adopted and do not maintain any type of blood connection with Pitt. The three youngest, with whom the couple still shares custody, are Shiloh (18) and twins Knox and Vivienne (15). These last three are biological children of the couple, whom their mother describes as a great source of support.

“Recently, I thought I would have gone down a much darker path if I hadn’t wanted to live for them. They are better than me, because you want your children to be better. Of course, I’m the mother, and I hope it’s a safe place for them and gives them stability. But they also laugh at me,” explained the actress in an interview conducted for the November issue of Vogue magazine.
