Complicated start to the week for users of the R3 de Rodalies. The circulation of trains has been cut this Monday morning between Figaró (Barcelona) and Puigcerdà (Girona) due to a fault in the Centralized Traffic Center (CTC) of the section, Renfe informs in a note in ‘X’.

According to Adif in another publication on the same social network, the incident is a cable theft, for which they have already sent technicians to solve it as soon as possible. No train has left the line.

Civil Protection of the Generalitat has activated the pre-alert of the Ferrocat plan due to the interruption of circulation, for which they warn that alternative transport is being managed.

A breakdown in the electrification system at the Lleida station has also altered the circulation of trains to and from the capital of Segrià. Early in the morning, this incident forced the trains to finish their journey before reaching that point, but shortly after eight o’clock they were able to open a track and it was resumed with delays in the R13 and R14 service. .

At the same time, Renfe has provided a road bus service to cover the route between Lleida and Cervera on the R12. Adif technicians are also working to resolve the situation.
