A Vox councilor made the gesture of shooting a socialist councilor during a debate, in a video that has been previewed by Cadena SER. It happened yesterday in the Valencian town of Montcada. Two motions presented by PP and the other by Vox were debated in plenary session. That of the popular ones against the amnesty and in favor of the Constitution. That of Vox against the coup and against the amnesty.

The socialist councilor Feliciana Bondia intervened, defending her position, in response to the Popular Party, at one point in her speech, as Bondia herself explains to SER, and after enduring constant interruptions from the Vox councilor Queral Trigo who shouted at her in several times “let Txapote vote for you”, this edli made the gesture of “shooting him” with her hands.

Bondia, general secretary of the socialists in that population, explains that “they cannot accept any apology”, that the gesture “is unforgivable and that it is a sign and an example of how grown the extreme right is with the applause of the PP.” She assures that they cannot consent to it and have put it in the hands of lawyers, because she wonders “what could come next.”

Bondia explains that not everything is “freedom of expression.” That Vox justifies everything by referring to that freedom that they violate with their threats and attacks, for example, on socialist headquarters.
