A man has died when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a car and an SUV on the N-240 road as it passed through Vinaixa (Lleida), as reported by the Catalan Traffic Service.
The accident occurred around 6:15 p.m. when, for reasons that are being investigated, a collision occurred between the three vehicles causing the death of the motorcyclist.
The accident has mobilized four patrols of the Mossos d’Esquadra, a team of Firefighters from the Generalitat and two units of the Medical Emergency System (SEM).
With this deceased motorist, there are now 140 people who have died so far this year in traffic accidents on the interurban network of Catalonia.
